How to enter and train
(For Pilipino workers, the training period is 6 to 10 months before they start working.)

Decision making for workers

We decide a person who works with us through a screening process and job interview.

Education

In Philippine, we have a program of approximately 3 to 4 months to learn Japanese, culture, and lifestyle to stay in Japan.

The residence status authorized acquisition

A cooperative applies to the Immigration Bureau and acquires it.

The entry visa acquisition

A local dispatch organization acquires it in local Japanese Embassy.

Enter to the Japan

When the trainees arrive in Japan, the cooperative staff pick them up at the airport.

Group training

In training center, (excluded on Saturday and Sunday) learns Japanese law and lifestyle and Japanese or safe hygiene for approximately one month.

Assignment

Skills training start

Enter into an employment agreement between a company; along the training contract of each acceptance company,
The trainee receives practical training in approximately 11 months and learns basic knowledge and the know-how about a technique, the skill.

Proficiency test

The trainee performs the examination that result of the one-year training is asked. You must pass this examination to advance to the next qualification.

Change of the residence status

We apply at an Immigration Bureau and change the residence status from “1号口” to “2号口”.

Start in the skill training second year

For the next two years, the trainee raises the degree of achievement of the skill.
